// Waiting in Hell's Backyard //

A documentary about patients in a tuberculosis hospital in the Russian district of Arkhangelsk. The patients here are suffering from Multi Drug resistant tuberculosis, which could spread to neighbouring countries if not treated properly. Erik Hannemann directed and edited the film, which was produced by Panopticon for The Norwegian Association of Heart and Lung Patients.

A 50 minutes film with an inuit woman from Greenland telling the story about how she was sexually abused by her stepfather. Subjects like guilt and shame are discussed in a rare cultural context. The Hidden Face is directed by Kristin Hauksdottir and edited by Erik Hannemann.

A 30 minutes long documentary produced in 1999 was the first film made by Panopticon. Backpacking - is it meaningful tourism or merely shopping? The Norwegian Broadcasting Corp (NRK) broadcasted this documentary three times.
